Symptoms Related to Anxiety

  • Worry about a variety of topics
  • Fear of specific situations
  • Feeling like something bad is going to happen

  • Difficulty interacting with others
  • Exhaustion
  • Muscle tension

  • Abdominal cramps, nausea, and/or diarrhea
  • Heart palpitations
  • Light headedness or dizziness
  • Feeling as if things are unreal, dreamlike, or detatched
  • Feeling out of breath or hyperventilating
  • Tightness in your chest or throat

  • Numbness or tingling in your hands and feet
  • Hot flashes and sweating or chills

Because some of these symptoms may be caused by a medical problem (e.g vitamin deficiency, blood sugar levels, cardiovascular problems, etc.), I always recommend that you get a medical assessment from a qualified physician or nurse practitioner.
